libs3decoder0 software package provides sphinx3 speech recognition - s3 decoder library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libs3decoder0
libs3decoder0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libs3decoder0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libs3decoder0 *
You will get with libs3decoder0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
